Some of the patterns were used to check if copies had any mistakes, by the Scribes who copied by hand every letter, and still do today.

Jesus himself said in Mat 5:18 that every letter of the Torah would not be missing, even until the end times.

Even though patterns among the letters is not mentioned in the Scriptures, and the many Translations have most of the Hebrew letters missing, the patterns may be sanctionable with this verse.

Also as computers became normally available, many more patterns were found, that seemed odd and interesting.

The most well known pattern, is that Genesis 1:1, is made of 7 words, of 28 letters, and 28=4*7.

[[Ivan Panin]] (Ivan Nikolayevich Panin 1855 to 1942) is famous for finding patterns of 7s among the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures.

He was called the Father of "Bible numerics", which is still developed in Israel more than in other Countries today.

From about the 2nd Century BC, each Hebrew letter, was also a number.

Genesis 1:1 therefore adds up to 2701, and 2701 plus its reversed version 1072, is equal to 3773, and 2701=37*73!

Also by adding up the digits of the numbers of the numbers of the Hebrew letters, they add to 82, which is 28 reversed.

Some look for patterns in other languages, such as the initials of the title "Holy Bible" H.B. in English start with the 8th letter and the 2nd letter like 82.

So 2701 is the most famous 4 digit number in [[Bible Numerics]], and even of [[Biblical Numerology]] and much much more on just 2701 can be found on the internet.

There is 1533 verses in the book of Genesis, in all languages, and 1533=3*7*73 like 2701=37*73!

Most famous of the patterns generally, is the [[Bible Code]], but this has been reduced in apparent relevance by Statistical Mathematicians.

In Chapter 3 of his book Theomatics II, it discusses the passage from John 21:11, where the disciples went fishing, and they caught 153 fishes.

This bizarre passage has taxed the minds of many a Bible student.

But theomatically, everything to do with fishes and fishing in the entire Bible is based on the number 153.

Just a few examples.

The following words and phrases have numerical values divisible by the number 153, as each letter of Greek is also a number and so each word with it's letter values added has a value.

For example FISHES = 153 x 8 and THE NET = 153 x 8 and MULTITUDE OF FISHES = 153 x 8 x 2 and FISHERS OF MEN = 153 x 2.

The recently deceased author Yacov Rambsel, and Jewish messianic pastor, discovered the original Hebrew name of Jesus, Yeshua - encoded in the very first verse Genesis 1:1, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

Starting with the fifth Hebrew letter of the 28 letters, which is Yod - , in the first word in the Bible, B'raisheet "In the beginning" the name of Jesus - Yeshua - is spelled out by counting forward every 521st letter.

The letters spell out the words "Yeshua Yakhol" which translates as "Jesus is able". 521 is the 98th Prime, and 98=2*7^2, which is also dividable by 7, and it is symmetrical like 272!!

Yacov found many finds of the name Yeshua in among the Hebrew letters of the Torah.

Suppose that Jesus died at this time and date:

2:52 in the afternoon of the 27th day of April the 4th month of 31 AD.

The smallest number with roots that could show this time and date is 294=2*3*7*7=1*7*2*1*1*7*3*1

as 2:52 is also 172 minutes past Noon and the 27th of April is the 117th day of 31 AD.

Now Jesus said in the verse Mat 5:18 that not a single letter would be missing of the Hebrew Law,

even over such a long time and much translating.

If he thought that there is more information hidden among the letters,

that would be revealed by our computers, this could explain why he wanted not a single letter missing.

Well 294+518=812 and 812 is the Mirror image of 518!

Also the name of God, in about 1000 BC, looked like the number 3732, and it was sometimes abbreviated to 732 and 294=7*7*3*2!

Also 518=2*37*7 which is the reverse of 7732!

Also the 42 months of Jesus teaching and healing in Israel was also 42=7*3*2!

Luke 16:17 says much the same as Mat 5:18 and 1617=11*3*7*7=7*7*3*11

and if here the 11 is like a Roman Numeral 2 which is II another 237 and 732!

Also 42=3*14 which is like Pi=3.14 and Jesus was 3 times 14 Generations after Abraham!

Also the 3 times 14 Generations is outlined in the verse Mat 1:17

and Psalm 117 is the exact middle chapter of 1189 chapters in the KJV Bible!

Also 1189-117=1072 and 1072 is the reverse of 2701,

which is the most famous 4 digit number in "Bible Numerics" (a sub division of Biblical Numerology)

mostly because 1072+2701=3773 and 2701=37*73.

2701 is famous because of many other reasons,

but especially as the 28 Hebrew letters of the 7 words Genesis 1:1 is also 28 numbers,

as each letter in ancient times was a number as well, and these 28 add up to 2701.

So there is 52 letters and 52=4*13 which is like Pi=3.14 reversed,

and also like the 4th month and 31 AD!!
